I brought my Mustang to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, and they managed to break my oil dipstick. Fine, mistakes happen, but it took them over a month to get the replacement part. Seriously? Today, when I finally came in to have the dipstick replaced, I politely asked if I could watch the process, just to make sure no plastic pieces would fall into my engine bay. This Jiffy lube takes advantage of their customers. They overcharged me for maintenance work. I was in a rush to get to another appointment for my son. It was my mistake to not taking the time for reading over each option but my husband and i had been to jiffy lube before and had great experiences, but this is ridiculous how they took advantage of me. I had a dealership mechanic look over the invoice and he encouraged me to write a review so customers are aware of how this jiffy lube location runs.
