I brought my Mustang to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, and they managed to break my oil dipstick. Fine, mistakes happen, but it took them over a month to get the replacement part. Seriously? Today, when I finally came in to have the dipstick replaced, I politely asked if I could watch the process, just to make sure no plastic pieces would fall into my engine bay.
