Most of the time when I go to Jiffy Lube closer to my house in southeast Austin it is super packed, takes forever, and the guys all appear to be rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off and tend to not be very friendly. This location next to my office on Spicewood is the polar opposite. Everyone that works here is calm, cool and knowledgable. Super helpful and efficient. Yesterday: Would have gotten 5 stars but their lift was broken so I was unable to rotate my tires & they offered no WiFi. Guys were nice. It's convenient to work so that was cool. / UPDATE: 2 hours later - all of a sudden I heard a noise muffling under my car; pulled over & the "cover" fell?!?! Went back to JL & the guy admitted that because of time, he got lazy & didn't "screw back all 4 screws" - what the heck? I had not been to a Jiffy Lube in a few years because I always had a bad experience but I decided a few months ago, to give them a try again. My first experience was awesome at this location. Prompt, friendly service. I was not pushed to buy "extras" to be done to my car. Only informed and sent on my way. My car needed an oil change again and I now live a good distance from this location and debated what to do. I decided to go back.
