I have four wheel drive in they charged me 5 extra dollars because I have 4 wheel drive to check my transmission cases however I went for an oil change not a transmission fluid check. When I got the bill I was happy to get the hell out of there however on the bill they stated that they could not check my transfer case anyways even though I paid 5 extra dollars for it. This place is a scam. I think I need to go out and check my oil filter to see if they even changed it.

I went to use my groupon coupon for an oil change and the person at the counter couldnt find it in the system (even though I showed her the groupon redemption code on my phone). She tried a few times but I ended up having to pay double the price because she couldnt find it. I've never had a problem using groupon before. :(
They are pure scammers. These scammers are under pressure to meet a daily dollar quota. Not only did my oil Filter never get changed, because I marked it before I went in, they recommended a transmission flush with a new fuel filter. I marked all my filters before I went in. And after I left the car there to get lunch. I paid a hefty bill and checked the car right away. Now I'm on a crusade to tell everyone. I will never go back.
