No. There's a very RUDE old man that works there. Never!
I had a terrible experience at this location. They only performed half of the services they advertise. Overfilled my oil due to looking at the wrong vehicle in their computer. Good thing I noticed it. Service tech was very rude. Called and filed a complaint. 9 days later. I still haven't heard from any body. Will never go back and definitely will not recommend. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
Checked in for a fluid update one week before Christmas and the technicians broke the the both bolts on the air bock and claimed no responsibility. I only get the oil changed there so, what's the story and i have receipts. Lots of them, so what's the next step?
Went in for oil change left with no air filter and no A/C . Air was working perfectly fine before they changed my oil. Said it was a strange coninsidence.
I had a great experience. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They suggested I change my air filter but didn't have the correct one, instead of just leaving it at that the young woman took me out to my car and showed me where the filter goes and how to put it in ao I could do it myself. I have had several people tell me they'd never use Jiffy Lube b/c of 60 minutes. I say don't judge a franchise by what you see on the media. Reasonable service, but when they overfill the oil, cause a leak, promise to fix it in two weeks if it doesn't reseal only to then refuse two weeks later? Thanks, guys. We might have gone back if they'd made THEIR error right. But no; all we got was sub-par customer service.
Just got back from buying kitty litter. And no, I didn't get a new kitty. I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube, Parmer Lane. This is the 2nd time it has happened, it will be the last. I shouldn't have to double check their work. And I shouldn't have to go back to get the problem fixed and I shouldn't have to make another stop to buy kitty litter to clean up the mess.
