They left screws out if my plastic belly pan after I literally TOLD them to make sure they didn't leave screws out because it happened before.l in Houston once. They left them out and the wind bent the panel down and scraped the concrete like sandpaper till the panel is destroyed and needs replaced. Now I have to drive back to Houston with the panel fluttering in the wind today. I suspect they stripped the oil filter reusable thing too. Manager William is the best! Always respectful, kind, & courteous. No pressure ever. He explains things clearly and calmly. I don’t think about going anywhere else because of him. He speaks to his employees respectfully as well. Go pay him a visit. You’ll be glad you did!
