As a frequent customer of Jiffy Lube over the years, I have to say, the staff I interacted with were both pleasant and professional. They presented options in a fair manner and were HONEST about what was needed. I really appreciate that!
I went in yesterday morning for an oil change. Alyssa and Isaac were the techs on duty. They both did an amazing job. They seem to work very well together, very good communication between the two of them. Excellent communication with me as well, explained everything they were doing perfectly. I've been a Jiffy Lube customer since the early 90's and this is why, great customer service skills.
Alexis is the best! She was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She went over all of the services and notifications. We drive out of our way to go to this location and it is well worth it!
