My experience couldn't have gone any better than it did! This crew is a well oiled machine and goes above and beyond anywhere else I've been!!! They were open, honest, polite and extremely friendly! 5 stars doesn't cut the quality of service I received but since I can't go any higher, I would just say I give them a 10 out of 10 recommendation and a big thank you from me!

Tried Jiffy Lube Granbury today, will not make that mistake again. Team leader Alexis S. gave me two choices on oil, synthetic blend or 100% synthetic. When I asked about the oil change intervals she told me 4000 mi on the blend, 5,000 on the synthetic. I went with the blend since mileage difference was minimal. Later she came back in to show me my air filter and was about to quote me the manufacturers recommendation for changing it when I told her I was not interested.
