NEGATIVE ZERO STARS RATING! I had the absolute worst experience at Jiffy Lube for my oil change. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a classic bait-and-switch scenario. They upcharged me for services I never consented to, and it honestly felt like they were trying to rob me with all their technical jargon.
