Nydia, Rashard, Jason and Andrew did a fantastic job with my oil change. They were very fast, efficient and welcoming. Adam did great explaining all the details to me before checking out. Overall a swell experience. Thank you all!
Got super aggravated over the phone for simple questions I would never go here simply because of the customer service. Update: The manager Eric called in was truly committed to correcting the situation and apologized for the incident. Upon arrival oil change was done efficiently, with kindness, and extremely quick! Quickest oil change in my life!!! I would def recommend Rafael and the staff. Thanks again Eric and to the entire Jiffy Lube stuff.
Just got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and had an awesome experience! Adam, Jason, Jackie, Rashard, and Nydia were all super helpful and really took care of my car. They not only handled the oil change, but also recommended replacing my belt which was definitely overdue. They offered a few other services too, which I didn’t go for right now, but I really appreciated the thorough inspection and honest feedback.
