Between the last 3 times I've been to get my oil changed I'd always have to come back to remind them of something. First thing was my sticker. Then the latest thing that happened is I had to come back after I left because I thought they checked the tire pressure but kno my back tire was still low
I was scammed at this store. I was shown a dirty air filter and told I needed to replace it. Five minutes later they showed the exact same dirty filter to another customer. Not sure if this is a corporate policy or an employee got “creative”. Don’t know, don’t care. Never going back to this store or Jiffy Lube.
