Although I like the fact they are fast enough to finish the job...they lag the integrity of their marketing and customer retention approach. They sent me a coupon for 15% of any service, which they did not honor when my service was oil, filter, wiper blades, and an LED bulb. The attendant thought he was throwing away $20, and I did take it on my $250 service. I should have been given $45 minimum if they have honored their coupon. The coupon says "Any service ",, but not guaranteed at that 75th location.
Actual service was good, but waiting 45 min for a bay and seeing other cars after me go in front of me was disappointing
I love how quickly I can get an oil change
