After a botched oil change in July, my oil exploded on my way home (I was about 30 miles into my drive from this store, and about 25 miles from home). Ended up causing about $900 worth of repairs, which the district manager (Juan Perez, I believe) told me would be reimbursed. Yet, he hasn’t returned phone calls or responded to me sending him the bill. Avoid this place. Will absolutely never go to Jiffy Lube again.
