I took my car in for an oil change. They brought my cabin filter to my which was still new and white but they had placed a bunch of leaves on it to make it look old and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no. Then I asked as I was picking up the car if they had turned the filter over to let the leaves fall off that was on it. They said that they were not allowed to do that. Abusive Manager has mental problems with a disgusting attitude and doesn’t know how to deal with elders actually yelling at a customer. There is a better way to manage a drive thru. One day he’ll yell at the wrong guy and get back what he deserves. What a joke of a business. Bunch of little weak men.
Jiffy Lube-Trussville has loyal and knowledgeable employees. They were honest when changing a fuel filter became difficult and the accidental broke a fuel line. The General Manager handled the issue promptly and efficiently. Although it delayed our getting home, they did the BEST they could have done give the circumstances.
These guys are great! Very knowledgeable and always has the answers to questions. I wish they’d been here long ago. I definitely recommend this store.
The Texas City location is horrible. I don't understand how Jiffy Lube is still continuing franchisee at this location. Very poor customer service and very rude management. To Avoid any damage to your vehicle please do not visit Texas City Location,
I am a very hard guy to please and I think customer service in America has been on a sharp decline for years. My wife went to the Oconomowoc Jiffy lube with a nail in her tire. The service she received was WORLD CLASS! The tire could not be repaired due to the nail location. The diagnosis was prompt and without charge. She was told to bring a tire back and they would mount it to resolve the issue. They even took the time to show here the tire size. I don't get my oil changed here today but I do in the future.
