The manager with a bald spot on the top of his head was behind the dumpster when I came around back smelling like liquor store
The bald head manager should be fired for misleading the public. There is no reason to put fear into the customers and make up extravagant stories of what “might” to your vehicle. Get over yourself bud!!! He doesn’t go by any rules when doing an inspection. He actually made up a failure on my vehicle. I took my vehicle to another garage and it passed with no problem. The guy is a liar!!!!! Beware!!!!!

i went there for an oil change. a simple oil change cost me over 90 dollars. they said they checked my fluids and guess what? i just had to fill my power steering fluid yesterday bc they didnt! thanks for letting me drive my car like that with my 3 YEAR OLD INSIDE IT. youre lucky my power steering didnt go out with my kid in the car bc then you would have a big lawsuit 😡 next time i'll go to kost.
I hope the manager and supervisors see this song of praise specifically for Jason. Thorough explanations for my MANY MANY questions,beyond pleasant personality n a level of patience superseding any sales/customer relationship i have ever experienced.
This is my 2nd visit for oil changes. Staff is very friendly, polite and efficient. I was greeted at my car by Emmanuel who walked me into the waiting area and offered coffee, wi fi and water. Entire visit was no longer than 15 minutes Car was vacuumed, filters inspected and oil changed. Manager very upbeat positive and friendly. When my car was ready, I was escorted to the car and thanked for my business. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My car broke down a block away. Arnez met me there, got my car running so I could drive it to their shop. The staff was amazingly friendly, polite and professional. In minutes they diagnosed the problem. Got me back on the road in two hours. Even offered to pick me up at the local hospital where I was visiting my Dad! Great service! Thank you!
