STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I took my 2003 F150 in for an oil change in early Dec. 2021. They did not show me the dipstick after service. I drove home the next day to Florida and then had an oil leak. My mechanic had to change the oil and found Jiffy Lube did not replace all the O-Rings. When I called the store Lizzie said she would talk to her manager. Iwaited a week & did not hear from her. I drove up to get an oil change and not a single worker had a mask (not even around their neck). They wanted to drive my car into the bay (with them not wearing a mask) and me to interact with them with no mask. I will never again go to Jiffy Lube and was happy it happened because I found a nice, new Valvoline down the street and everyone was wearing masks and you stay in your car while they service.
