I am usually impressed and satisfied with service but very disappointing this time. They get your vehicle in the bay and are 1/2 way through the process before calling you to go over service with you. Just happens that they are “out” of the first 2 oil options that are more affordable so forced to use full synthetic at very high price. What can you do, oil already drained from your car.
