I’ve been putting off getting an oil change just because it’s inconvenient. I easily used a coupon for my oil change, the entire staff was friendly-polite-and extremely fast, they also were pretty convincing when they pretended my car wasn’t dirty inside. (It was a rolling trash can on wheels in reality.) The team working today, 6/9/2019 at store # 2775 did their job and did it well. I was very pleased and my car was ready before I could even get bored waiting in the lobby.
The West Market Street location was fast and provided excellent service!! I love the way they not only changed my oil and rotated my tires but they also vacuumed my car🙌🏽 Not only did I improve the longevity of my vehicle but she got all spiffy too 💖

It's overpriced for an oil change. This is my second time going. And this is the second time my air filter was put in incorrectly, and my ac isn't working right. Now I'll need a new one. Hopefully they replace it. I shouldn't have to come out of pocket a second time for a basic mistake. �

Big props to the team at Jiffy Lube on W. Market in Gboro.-Gre C, Marsha C, Kenya W, M Chandler. From the phone call to check availability telling me it be 15 min wait time, walking me inside explaining process, offering donuts, standing at desk and not abandoning me in lobby, being honest when I asked if I actually needed it done, giving me a coupon, and within 20min walking me out to my car, this was the absolute best experience I've ever had at any shop.
