I came into this particular location after another oil change place told me they were out of synthetic oil. I don't know a ton about cars and as a female, not always trusting of places that upsell or take advantage. This place was AMAZING. No upselling, explained the difference in oil changes I could have and the effects of each choice, rotated my tires and cleaned my windshield. Awful. Paid 70 $ for an oil change. 20 $ more than the last time I went in. I stayed in my car this time. When they gave me a check list of what they supposedly did i confronted them about it. There were numerous things that were checked off that I know for a fact they did NOT do. They checked off that they cleaned my windows, vacuumed the floors, checked the pressure in my tires, checked the cabin air filter, and check my wiper blades. They did none of those things. My regular shop was busy - it's vacation season- So I dropped into Jiffy Lube at Wall and Francis. There were 2 cars in front of me so I settled in to wait. They were speedy, I was out in a bit over half an hour. Very friendly staff, I'll be back.
Took my car in for routine oil change today..NOT PLEASED!!! They left my headlights ON and DRAINED MY BATTERY!!! They weren't even going to TELL ME, but I saw them fiddling with the car. When I went to check out, I asked the guy what happened, he wouldn't tell , but the tech told me he accidentally left my lights on the whole time. THESE FOLKS ARE DISHONEST!!!!

Great location to get an oil change. The men there were honest, quick and explain what is happening to your car excellently. I wasn't treated the same as when I went to a local Spokane oil change place. They told me all these horrible things about my breaks, when I knew I just got them fixed two weeks before. Defintley going to be a regular there!!
