RecommendedStopped there today and received EXCELLENT Service! It was quick and everyone there was incredibly polite and informative about everything they were doing. We live on Whidbey Island but will happily go to this Jiffy Lube for Service again.

I waited 25 minutes to be checked in before I left. The manager was on site and made no apology for the delay. I let the associate know when I pulled in I planned to come back in 90 minutes, so they could take their time on the actual job. Poorly run, poorly organized. No other jiffy Lube has had such a wait to CHECK IN. I won’t be back to this location.
The service is fine, but sitting in the waiting area they have one small space heater, and the thermostat is reading 53 degrees. Not a good customer idea.

This place is a joke - they nearly destroyed my vehicle. Didn't put my filter on correctly amidst a few other misses. DONT'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE
