I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The General Manager and Dillon were both incredibly courteous, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They took care of my oil change and made sure to thoroughly check everything during the inspection instead of just rushing me in and out. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The men and women who work at the oak harbor, wa store need a pay raise they are fantastic, always friendly always helpful, and I enjoy asking them questions and or the conversations we have as they work. They are very attentive not only to their work on the vehicles but also to the customers, who they treat less like customers and more of family, that is why I’ll always come back, and why I will always recommend them!! 10/10 10 Stars on a five star rating!!
