Details06/23/2020 Got my fluid changed and went ok. Hooked up my brake fluid reservoir and pressurized it. It popped and started spraying everywhere. They then told me it was like that before I got there. Not true at all. I took it to a professional place and they told me it happens quite often from them. Today came in, I had a screw in my tire. This same employee says"let me go see if we have the right tool." Ok, do you need to use my LUG WRENCH?????you don't have the tool... maybe you shouldn't be in this line of work...Im a female & I Do know how to work on vehicles. Every time I have came in to have something done to my vehicle they have had an excuse how they DONT HAVE THE TOOL. Mind you.. it's always the same employee that has waited on me...First time he didn't have the tool to replace my spark plugs. Is it that hard for this employee to replace my spark plugs.
