If I could give a zero-rating I would! I sat there for 5 hours for a tune-up and an oil change cost me $500 the man kept breaking spark plugs try and replace them on my truck I went he was finally finished it was almost closing time worse than it did when I brought it in! They tried to say it wasn't anything they did and they finally figured out where they screwed up they had put in bad plugs but they went out of the way trying to figure it out buying new parts which they also charged me for! They charged me $101 and left me stranded in another State! My car has no oil left as it’s all over my car and on the ground! I wanna speak to the Manager and I want a refund! I will not be recommending you guys and the employees were rude and in a rush with stuff 😡

Zero stars and here’s why. Standard oil change on a four cylinder was $60. Specifically asked them to top off the washer fluid and it was empty when leaving. And to top it off, the hood wasn’t completely closed, just latched after service. The manager stated “well since nothing happened there’s nothing more to say”. Glad he can live with that conscience. But since I can’t, that’s why he got to hear from me about how leaving a hood open could have killed people today.
It was nice that they took care of everything for my car. Had to replace air filter...Beforehand, It was abit noisy in my car but now everything is QUITE while driving. So, it’s all good to go. Only problem is slightly steep price however I understand that it’s combined of oil, air filter change.

It was my first time at any jiffy lube and all together it was a bad one. Yes the guys were nice but after 128.00 service and a replaced cabin air filter my air bag light came on and my glove box would just fall down. I took it back they found a screw that was missing do to lack of laziness and my glove box had not been properly re-hooked up. They were supposed to get back to me after they talked to their higher ups but never did. This was my first and last experience I will ever have with this company. I will never recommen... read more
