We stopped in 2 days ago for an oil change. I drive an Audi A4 Quattro. The guy comes out, says "I just need a little intel from you. What year VW is this?" We tell him, it's an AUDI. He ignores his mistake and tells us he doesn't have an oil filter for it. He claims that he's going to order it, and that it will be in the next day.
