Super disappointed in Jiffy Lube for not owning up to their mistakes. It says a lot about a company on how they react in a situation that involves an error on their part. It is a shame it has come to that! Corporate needs to step up and do something about it.
Worst place ever. They lied to me and ripped me off. Never go there!!!

Always treated well by the knowledgeable staff. I only wish Chevy weren't such ass hats to make the internal design so complex that I had to wait for senior staff to work on my vehicle. Regardless Jiffy Lube has saved me hundreds of dollars by bringing my vehicle here compared to the dealership. Thanks.
