They were so great! Went above and beyond when I mentioned concerns, and did not push & were honest about the conditions during the customary upsells about air filters. I will definitely be coming back!

The technician greeted us as we were getting out of our car. I didn’t have to wait or try to find some help. That was nice. I explained what I wanted to have done on my car and the technician told me how long it would probably take and how much it would cost. They completed the emission test on time and then Greg was very helpful with my payment issue. The coupon I had was honored and I received a $20 discount. Definitely a five star service!

This location added a some sort of sealant to the oil drain plug, so when I went to change the oil myself it was not coming off. I had this location break the oil drain plug loose, which at least they were willing to do, but when I removed it after the I found that the bolt had been snapped. I had to replace the bolt, but this is absolutely absurd for them to do in the first place.
