I’m usually not a fan of jiffy lube, haven’t had the best experiences there in the past, but I was in a pinch and needed my oil changed. I had the best experience at the Clinton location today! I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name that helped me cuz he was awesome! He wasn’t pushy about anything and he was honest! And I didn’t have to wait long at all! Thank you for a great experience and for your great customer service!
Great service
Taylor and PJ were not only extremely knowledgeable about the job they do they care about you as a customer. I could tell they both took pride in their work and proud of the service their company provides. They did great job respecting my car and doing a great job servicing it. Just good people.
The service member that did my emissions test clocked in from lunch to complete my emissions test so I didnt have to wait. He was the only person available on staff at the time who was qualified to do the testing. That made my experience alot less stressful. I commend the service member for his sacrifice of skipping his lunch time to help customers. He had just clocked out for lunch as I pulled in.
