Jiffy Lube in Clinton did an excellent job at changing my oil and air filter then completing my registration in record time! They even washed my windshield and put air in my tires and mentioned that they could give me a good quote on new tires since mine are pretty worn down. I’ll be taking my truck back to them again!
I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience with Anna. Throughout our interaction, she was extremely disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. Her tone was aggressive, and she spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive manner that felt completely uncalled for. I made an effort to remain calm and respectful, hoping the situation would improve, but she continued to be hostile and unprofessional. Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Service took almost three times longer than stated. Tech suggested to replace engine air filter that didn’t need to be replaced. That “service” is $42. An air filter is $15 or less and takes two minutes to change. Wasn’t impressed with that at all. Probly wont go back.
