Jiffy Lube is great. Lucas who works at this branch truly knows and understands what Real customer service is all about. Great job thank you Lucas. I’m on the road again.
Watched them improperly test obd1 car for emissions by holding it at 5500 rpm and overheated engine instead of 2500 rpm which is literally just incorrect then argued with the owner when asked why running it at 5500 Decided to take my own car elsewhere so they don't blow it up It's a basic easy test that has clear instructions and the employee should have understood to be certified in but they did it incorrectly and were rude to the customer and I would not trust this location with your vehicle
