You all took my wife for a ride. $74 oil change $25 tire rotation and $70 cabin air filter on a Chevy Cruze? Seriously? Oh you discounted the oil change. Sorry I should be happy. GTFO!!!
The service is good at this location and the team very efficient. The one drawback is the prices are sometimes a bit more expensive than elsewhere. But the crew at this location have given great attention to my vehicles and given solutions to the issues they have found.
Crooks. They broke a part on my antifreeze tube while changing my oil, then when I came back to see why smoke was coming through my vents, they tried to sell me the parts and the labor for $300 more than it actually cost. Worst business in town. Pathetic.
Went there this morning because I thought I had a flat tire. I just moved here and don't know anyone. They filled up my tires and were very professional and nice! Great customer service.
Can you PLEASE change your store policy on allowing the employees to march up and down in front of the store promoting oil changes when it is 10 degrees outside. It is cruel and it does NOT make me what to use your company!!!!!! What is good for business is that you show compassion to your employees! Have them do inventory or mop floors if you don't want them standing around, but they don't need to get frostbite for $19.95!
