Jiffy Lube Always friendly and fast. The guys treat me the same way they treat the men that come in. Never pushy about upsaling. Always do great work.
Nightmare!!!! They tried to ruin my transmission!!! They were a nightmare to work with! Their corporate office called me a bully! I had to have another garage fix their mistakes. I will never use Jiffy Lube again!! I had my transmission fluid flushed at this location. As soon as I pulled out, my transmission started making noises. The noise was very repeatable. Don't go there I took my car in to get it detailed and after I got it back I noticed some things I didn't like. There were streaks on the inside windows. The dashboard was so greasy that hair and dirt were stuck to it. Under the seats were crumbs and there were still scuff marks on the bottom of the doors. Worst Service I sincerely wish I had looked at reviews of this Jiffy Lube before I went for an oil change. I recently inherited an old Jetta from my family. I took it in for a much needed oil change yesterday, September 23, 2011, at Jiffy Lube #1369. I am naive to what type of maintenance this car needs, and the staff at this location took total advantage of this fact. Horrible Manners The woman, I believe her name is Nina, was extremely rude. The oil change was done very quickly, which is a plus, but the way she handled my vehicle is questionable. I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again.
Never go Worst place to go. I went there because they had a sign for a $20.00 oil change and when all was said and done, it cost me $45.00. I didn??t get anything special done and got the basic oil and oil filter. The $ 20.00 that they had on the sign did not include a filter or service or anything other than the oil price (for basic Pennzoil). When I asked why so much, they said because I have 4x4 drive. Worth the drive from dallas to arlington! =) Ive been visiting Texas oil Xchange to service my vehicle since 2000 and they have always been friendly and professional in taking care of my car. I highly recomend these guys for service. I specially love the coupond reminder card that i get in the mail that reminds me when its time for my oil change. Kudos to you guys keep up the great job!

oil x change can go to hell i showed them my coupon for a 24.99 full service oil change from val pak but they ended up charging me 41.26 and i specifically told the guy my tires needed air and he asked me if i wanted a certain psi and i told him 35 and i watched them they never even checked my tires, and when i got in my 2010 corolla the tire pressure warning light was still on so i confronted them and they said i had to drive around for awhile before it would go off. but i knew he was lying because i have done it myself and... read more
