After a 30 minute wait with only 1 car in front of me they tried telling me my truck requires synthetic oil. When I flat out said "no, it does not". The tech said, "yes it does. It's recommended by the manufacturer". I guess at Jiffy Lube, the word recommended and required are the same thing. After I refused to put it in they magically didn’t have the oil that my Silverado needed because everyone knows Chevy Silverado’s need that special oil derived from Unicorn blood. On 09/26/2017 my AC stopped blowing cold air. Now I am not very
I paid $85 for an oil change and when I opened my hood tonight I noticed oil had been spilled all over. It was even on the opposite side of the car from where they put it in! When I pay that much, I expect it to be done professionally. That means taking the extra thirty seconds to clean up any spills. I could have done a better job myself and will never recommend Jiffy Lube in the future.
