For the last few years Customer service has been great. (almost annoyingly great) with the guy who used to work behind the counter. Inspections appeared ridiculously thorough and explained well by him. That individual was not behind the counter today and the experience was dissatissfying. Recommendedalways fast friendly and very professional. last time I was in there they vacuumed my truck. Asked if I wanted my chip in my windshield fixed. I commented that I did not realize that they did that, they fixed it for $14. been using them for years and meeting to write a review it seems their service just gets better every time I go in.
Daniel is the best!!! I stopped in because my transmission was shifting funny and he checked the fluid for me. I had already been to Midas (only because it was closest to me) and they couldn't be bothered to just pull the dipstick for me. Thank you again Daniel!!!!!
Excellent customer service! Fast, friendly and affordable.
Followed their recommendation for services at 17,000 miles. The mechanic talked me into a $69.99 rear differential service his computer said Subaru recommended at 15,000. My owners manual says I don't need until I get to 60,000 unless I do trailer towing. Guess it's on me for not double checking the manual before I ok'd the work, but I'm disappointed they push unnecessary services.
Will never ever as long as I'm alive never go back to this place ! I may be rude but your ruder then hell. I will and anyone will couch for me that's knows me WILL not be setting for your I'm the supervisor I'm in charge head honcho shit. I will be dealing with corporate until I'm satisfied
