Dr. Ding has been treating me for glaucoma for about four years now. She has thoughtfully and carefully evaluated my vision and eye health taking time to discuss treatments and pursue necessary medications to prevent vision loss. I truly appreciate the time she takes to examine my eyes, listen to my thoughts, and refer me to other Drs. if needed. I will say that my eye pressure has been up and down but through it all Dr. Ding has been diligent about finding solutions and managing my pressure thus preserving my eyesight.
Dr.Ding and her staff, impressed me greatly. After being diagnosed with glaucoma and cataracts in both eyes, I was very concerned about my eyesight. Dr.Ding and her staff made me feel very comfortable about selecting the appropriate treatments. Before starting my presurgery process, Dr.Ding recommended me for further examination by a different eye specialist, which gave us more, needed information. I had cataract surgery on both eyes. I have to tell you I was very nervous about it. From the minute I walked in everyone was caring, friendly and informative. I felt like they all knew what they were doing and that they wanted me to be assured of their help. I noticed the office was very busy but it didn't make them rush through anything. My second surgery had to get moved because of air conditioner problems at the hospital. The office got me rescheduled as fast as possible considering how busy they are.
