Dr. Tian has great bedside manners. He is soft spoken and takes the time to explain things to you. I think he is knowledgeable. I was nervous because that’s what I do when I meet a new doctor, but he put my mind at ease. His staff is just as great. They were courteous and kind.
Very professional, and thorough. I did not feel rushed, all questions were answered. Very positive experience.
Dr. Tuan was very respectful when listening to my problems. He asked numerous questions to be able to evaluate my problems. He explained what to expect and let me know how to reach him for medication when needed.
Dr. Tian was attentive from the moment he walked into the room. He made sure to listen carefully to the issues I was having and paid attention to my medical history and complications without ignoring my family history. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a GI doctor.

He's done multiple Upper GI Endoscopies and the last came back with Barrett's Esophagus. All he ever wanted to do is medication to try and control acid reflux. He gave me a Bravo Test to see when I refluxed. I never felt it reflux. I finally had a second GI doctor send me for a Esophagram. Results where SEVER Acid Reflux. So the medication was doing almost nothing. The Bravo Test with me never noticing the acid reflux should have been a red flag. The Esophagram test should have been done back then, over 4yrs ago.
