Wow! My appointment lacked privacy which is needed for this type of appointment. And even though she stated she would put in a referral for surgery, she failed to do so for 2 and a half months leading to pain and suffering on my end. This clinic does not care about its patients and jen should be fired
Dr Jianfeng is great, She took her time talking with me, She treated me with professionalism, care and a sincere concern for me and my health, She did this with compassion, Respect, and obviously knowledge. She Talked "With Me", and Not at me.. We discussed the diagnosis, treatment options and together we developed a plan of attack to get me back to health again, I never felt rushed, and Dr Jianfeng took the time to make certain all my questions and concerns were addressed. she put me totally at ease and comfortable in Trust... read more
