Dr Ma has a very poor bedside manner and NEVER called my husband after the 1st surgery in June 2025! This man has dropped the ball in the biggest way with my husband who is now finding out that he has multiple kidney stones and not a single practitioner he came across has told him until an emergency room trip last night!! Now Dr Ma is out of the country and not able to help his patients! I guess that’s what you get when you “scrape the bottom of the barrel” as Dr ma put it!
