My family had a very disappointing experience with Sloan and Jia Li, Gastrointestinal Medical Oncologist. My mother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, after numerous phone calls to Sloan they finally booked us with Doctor Jia Li. We waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen which was okay, we understood they were busy. Excelent service with patients and caregivers
8 years later and I still love Dr. Li. My experience with Dr. Li was quite the opposite of the one review I read; the only one online at the time. Dr. Li was professional and sincere. She explained things to me in a way I did understand, and she waited for me to take notes before moving on to the next thing. Dr. Li also took the time to answer each of my questions and clarify details when I asked.
