One of the worse excuses for an Asian restaurant I have experienced. Service was lackluster. Ordered Cashew Chicken. Food came. No cashews in dish. Waitress argued it was cashew chicken. LOL. I’ve had cashew chicken and this was not it. She bought me a bowl of raw cashews to put on top. Really bad.
Does anyone know they are in the service industry anymore? I simply ask for a paper napkin and the waiter says it’s behind the bar where I was eating and when I goto bar the mgr says to me he doesn’t have any napkins. It’s truly astonishing.
Our second time at Jia. First time was all 5s. This time the food was at best a 3. Service from Elijah was great! Cool dude with a great personality. Wife had Pad Thai, which she regularly enjoys back home. We rated it a 2* because the shrimp was overcooked, dry and rubbery. One of the worst dining experiences of my life—and surprisingly, it was ruined by the managers, of all people. While the food itself was actually quite good, I couldn’t enjoy it, let alone relax, because of the utter rudeness we endured from management before even being seated.
