Dr. Ji-Sun Sophia Hong Do, has been overseeing my care since I transferred to Kaiser Permanente In 2018. There was an initial doctor I had but she retired. Dr. Hong is highly educated, professional and trustworthy. She has always helped me when I had medical problems and concerns. She always gives excellent medical advice and referrals, if required. Dr. Hong is a blessing. I thank Kaiser for hiring her because of her medical knowledge and expertise. God bless her and all affiliated with Kaiser Permanente. K.C.T.H.
Dr Hong is my mother's primary care doctor. I meet her for the first time 2 weeks ago. My mother's previous pcd she had him for over 40 years until he retired. My mom didn't want a new doctor. Dr Hong was attentive, caring and she spoke to my mother listening to what she had to say and asking her questions about her mental health and did she want to see someone because my dad passed away and they were married for 55 years and my mom has been depressed.
