Had a private studio scheduled to get fitted for custom jacket. Associate canceled couple hours before saying that her schedule was thrown off due to rain. What a joke.
I don't understand the source of these bad reviews, but seems like someone is trying to slander this company. I have worked with them for at least 5 years and my experience has always been great. I have purchased at least 20 shirts, trousers and sportcoats. The products are high-quality and durable. On rare occasions when the fit was wrong, Hilburn was quick to make a correction. I would definitely recommend trying for yourself.
Susan Bendalin is the best stylist.
Love this store! Love this look! Bought my wedding tux from J. Hilburn. My stylist Tosha Martin drives in from the Frisco store to meet me every time. 5-Star service and expertise.
