I had Jenna the owner of JH salon. She put in extensions for me and I’m outraged with the outcome. I followed the after care instructions very thoroughly and still the hair continued to fall out and damaged my real hair. They started to fall out after 3-4 weeks. Not only was this very costly but the customer service was terrible!! (THE OWNER) continued to ignore my request to have them removed or fixed like I had requested. I’ve been getting my hair done by Traci for the last few years and she is without a doubt the BEST to ever do it. I used to get extentions and she did a fabulous job and they even helped me grow out my hair a bit to where I now wear it naturally. She always blondes me to the perfect shade and I’ve never been left disappointed. She carries herself with a positive attitude no matter what could be happening in her day!!
