I was visiting Wyoming from California and was leaving for Yellowstone when my crown came off. Dr Kollenborn’s office was able to accommodate me for a walk-in appointment at 2 pm and was able to give me brand new filling for my tooth in 2 hrs. I literally got my smile back to enjoy the rest my trip in Wyoming. Thank you to the staff for such a welcoming experience! Would highly recommend this dentist office and the dentist.
My first dental experience in Jackson required a semi-emergency. Finding a dentist within my insurance plan that was accepting new patients was a fun adventure. Luckily, I won on my very first call! From the first moment I called JH Mountain Dental, I knew I was on the right track. I am remiss I don't remember the young lady's name that first helped me (I will find out and add an addendum), but she was fantastic! Dr. Kollenborn is a great dentist. I was able to get in promptly for a sudden issue. The staff were very nice. The check in/new patient registration process was easy. Dr. Kollenborn talks to you like a friend. I felt they only recommend the necessary tests and interventions, and nothing extra. The prices were fair. Overall, a great dentist and dental office.
Best dental experience I've ever had. Caring, honest, and straightforward. I'll be seeing the good doctor for years to come.
