Owner states to call before posting a review. I have called numerous times and have been pushed off to a third party who handles their claims. Well; the claims department is unworthy just as JH BENNETT. I purchased full insurance with a zero deductible on this move and to date at the end of this year; I still have not had anything fixed or replaced. Run when they tell you to purchase insurance because it is like taking you money and flushing it down the drain. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Please DO NOT use this company for your move. From start to finish it was a nightmare. This company and their team are very irresponsible. They packed my beds and upon arrival of the truck; the parts to put the bed together was on another truck. We had to sleep on mattresses for over one week. There were so many irresponsible people walking through my home and moving boxes and packing things. They packed my daughter's computer and the box that the computer got packed in got crushed.
