We have worked with JGM for over ten years. They are responsive to our needs, fair on pricing, and very easy to work with. We have expanded our operations two times since we leased out first office space from JGM in 2011. Eli and Jay have been great to work with. I have no complaints. Their construction crews are easy to work with and all work was done per plan and on time. The very few times we needed maintenance support, the response was excellent. I would highly recommend leasing from JGM.
