We are currently building with JGK and have been increasingly concerned about the progress of our build. Great process - sort design and variations up front with a free professional interior designer. Always available to discuss and action requests promptly. Changes during construction are not a problem. Workmanship was high quality - no issues experienced after handover. Helpful in explaining draw downs and finance side of things along with a thorough walkthrough during and before hand over to double check you are happy with everything - and they promptly actioned any items which required attention. Had a warrant claim through these guys for a surveyors peg (pictured) they left when they constructed the house. After hours of my time back and forth, they won’t even cover 50% for a problem that is clearly theirs. After seeking independent advice there is no way it could have been anyone else. Avoid at all costs.
Great people to talk to. Very accommodating with all inquires. Willing to listen and offer options.
