Great place to get your windows Tinted. They have amazing customer service really friendly and Joel is probably one of the best Window Tint guys I’ve ever met.
When I picked up my car, both window motors were broken — windows wouldn’t even stay up. Major tint defect on my driver window that I thought would get better. No call, no heads-up, NOTHING about the car being done or broken. I had my girlfriend drive me back to visually see my car sitting in the front lot. I've never had a single issue with my window motors before and took immaculate care of my car. Raised the issue months later asking for help. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service and absolutely no accountability on their work.
They broke 2 of my windows after doing the tint. Never had one problem before and now they won't even stay up and the buttons don't work.
Great customer service this is the second vehicle I have had into them. Small shop that has over 30 years of experience. I would highly recommend.
