I ordered a gold rope chain from JFL through Affirm, I loved my necklace till 3 months later the clasp broke. I called wanting refund or exchange cause they have a "6month warranty" on all jewelry, well I was told no. So I'm now still making payments on a necklace that should have lasted me years but only got to wear it for 3 months!!! I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Horrible company.Have been trying to contact them and I CANNOT REACH A SINGLE PERSON.I ordered a diamond promise ring for my girlfriend and no matter what I do call or email I have not received any information back regarding my order! I ordered in Dec.30th and still have yet to even receive a TRACKING NUMBER and it is now Jan. 8th!! Something needs to be done about this scam company!!!!!
Horrible company dont even buy they scammed me out of 2600$ for a chain and refused to refund after they were reimbursed for item by carrier as they deemed it lost or stolen the company hasnt communicated barely and never can get them n the phone beware never deal with this company and anyone reading this dont be scammed
I purchased a necklace, but when I got it and looked at it I preferred to return it so I could get a thicker size of the same necklace. Everything went well with the return process until the day it was marked "delivered" by USPS. Shady company!! I bought an expensive diamond watch from them and it broke it under a week and they will not refund me!!

You had purchased the watch end of Oct and we are sorry that the band broke. Unfortunately, since the watch is used we are unable to take it back for a return.
