I am very disappointed and angry with this hospital. My mother was in horrific pain. And they had her wait in the waiting room because THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO TREAT HER. I understand they may have been full but she couldn't bare the pain anymore and they called in patients who could have waited and let my mother be treated. And if anything they could have transferred her to Eisenhower where her doctor was at. But said no because she was already there. They even had a big sign where it said by law they could be transferred to a... read more

The ER "Staff" could be more attentive to patients, and a lot better bedside manner. I don't trust them with my newborns life anymore. The labor and delivery, however, is the best. They get 5 stars.
