I have been trying to contact my family member who is hospitalized and I was on the phone for 1.5 hours as they kept transferring me to other people who eventually hung up on me and never assisted to helping me contact my loved one. This place needs professional assistance and it is obvious.
Dr. Black and nurse Cindy were very caring, thorough and went above and beyond for my son's treatment. They helped make a very stressful situation less stressful and kept us informed every step of the way. If anyone in my family needs ER care in the future, we will be coming back (just hopefully not any time soon)!
I have never seen a team so professional in my entire life. Usually there is one nurse, or maybe a doctor that stands out, but my experience at JFK was beyond memorable. Each nurse gave my partner the upmost professional care. They were kind, empathetic, efficient and above all, they actually took the time to make sure we understood everything that was explained. My dad recommended I go here instead of the hospital. What a great experience! To me immediately into a nice clean room. Didn’t even fill out a paper. Doctors were very helpful. Much better than a walk in clinic. I highly recommend going here before the hospital or a walk in clinic.
