Dr. Black and nurse Cindy were very caring, thorough and went above and beyond for my son's treatment. They helped make a very stressful situation less stressful and kept us informed every step of the way. If anyone in my family needs ER care in the future, we will be coming back (just hopefully not any time soon)!
I have never seen a team so professional in my entire life. Usually there is one nurse, or maybe a doctor that stands out, but my experience at JFK was beyond memorable. Each nurse gave my partner the upmost professional care. They were kind, empathetic, efficient and above all, they actually took the time to make sure we understood everything that was explained. My dad recommended I go here instead of the hospital. What a great experience! To me immediately into a nice clean room. Didn’t even fill out a paper. Doctors were very helpful. Much better than a walk in clinic. I highly recommend going here before the hospital or a walk in clinic.
Between friends and family members and personal need, have been there several times. staff is always efficient, attentive and thorough. I was cared for on June 7th at 4:30 in the morning for a Severe reaction that caused gastric upset. I had the best nurse, JANINE and an awesome physician, DR Angel Feliciano. As a JFK HCA Employee at another hospital, I am proud that this service exists and it's so readily and professionally available.
Highly recommend this hospital very close to my neighborhood. Nurse Bob & Dr Harris absolutely amazing staff. They had me in & out, thankfully. We need more people like them in the healthcare field. I came in a wreck so nervous & slight pain & left with a huge smile, life tips & great advice. I was taken care of & felt right at home :)
