I had a terrible experience with jfk auto and towing. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a vehicle from a guy who had got it from one of their auctions I called today to try and retrieve any paperwork possible to take it to the dmv and get a reconstructed title where I was told that would be to much work for them and he would have to pay his secretary’s for the work and that he just flat out would not help me.
