I had a Zoom consult with DJ today. He freely and expertly advised me on how he can help us plan ahead for our special needs teenager. I came away with a lot to consider and ready to take the next steps. I highly recommend talking to him about your concerns and needs.
DJ is a wonderful attorney, who really takes the time to listen to his client and helps them plan and arrive at decisions that make sense for ones family. He is also compassionate and caring throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and would retain his services again in the future.
DJ and his staff were extremely helpful in helping us sort out our daughters special needs Medicaid case. She received Medicaid at birth through the Katie Beckett Foundation and kept it for two years. When it was time for renewal they said she wasn’t qualified even though she was. DJ sat down with us and told us exactly what we needed to know and how to present the information to DOCH since our daughter did qualify.
