Walked in. Bedore 1pm. Had to beg for them to see me. They collected my copay in less than 5 minutes. People came in and out....3 hours later....still waiting. Besides this...they refuse to send me for tests. This place is not recommended. Rather die than going back to this place.
Since 1994, I have had to take anticoagulant medication because of a history of atrial fibrillation and deep venous thromboses. I currently take Eliquis. At this moment, however, I have no medicine. All week long, my pharmacist has tried to reach Jewish Renaissance Medical Center to obtain permission to refill. No live person answered the Internal Medicine line. The pharmacist has left messages and has sent a fax requesting that my physician, Dr. Mohammed Islam, authorize this medication. I myself called twice today and left... read more
