Terribly organized — a complete disgrace. The doctors here are excellent, but the administrative staff is unbelievably incompetent. Every interaction with the administration is frustrating, slow, and disorganized. It genuinely feels as if almost anyone from the street could do a better job. They need to remove the word “Jewish” from the hospital’s name, because the great Jewish nation should not be associated with an institution run this poorly.
Dr Fallah at the Jewish General oncology is an excellent doctor, kind, compassionate, understanding and open to ideas in a very professional way. I recommend her entirely to anyone.
You have an appointment at 8 a.m., but you MUST wait HOURS anyway. What a disappointment. The healthcare system is one of the worst here, and just everything about quebec/Canada ( especially quebec) is a disgrace now.
811 recommended I go here after a stray animal that was behaving oddly scraped my skin. The nurse here was super dismissive, did a blessing gesture towards me and pointed to the door. I said 811 recommended that I visit and get the vaccine and was told "they tell everyone that". I was so shocked by his behaviour that I didn't think to ask for written documentation stating that they refused care. I can't afford to get the rabies vaccine through private care means, which is why 811 told me to go to ER and get it just in case. ... read more
