The best customer Service I’ve ever experienced! Arthur Gordon takes care of his customers no matter if you are brand new or well established with them. He took care of me even though they were not technically open that day. They just happen to be up there and were able to service my Tag Hauer watch. So thankful for a wonderful people like them!

Let me go ahead and post my review I didn’t have a good experience when me and my lady came in to get jewelry clean and a watch fitted! The guy was very rude and was trying to my to tell us that my jewelry was cheap that’s a wrong way to come at people! And when we sized my watch and brought it back to me it was way to tight and he tried to say that’s how it’s suppose to be and when I ask him can he put a link back in so it won’t be so tight and he had a attitude!
